    Description

      Hello. I have a problem with the real-time graph for all the equipment. Nothing is displayed. All the other graphs are working. How can I fix that?

      I verified the rights on directories. I saw nothing wrong.

      Thank you in advance

          [OBS-4870] Real-time Graph doesn't work ...

          Alright, Adam. Do you have any suggestions for a direction I could explore? I’m out of ideas and would really like to use this feature. Thank you in advance.

          ignore them. they're just part of the debugging console.

          Are the missing files with the .map extension created dynamically or do they exist upon the installation of Observium?

          This is probably some odd local issue. The realtime stuff works as far as I can see.

          What browser is this?

          In the Network tab, I can see the data.php script being triggered at the requested frequency in Observium and with data:

          first :

          <html>
          <body>
              <p>1723015974.779583|19385095497195|31279468933556
              </p>
          </body>
          </html>

          Next :

          <html>
          <body>
              <p>1723015976.871878|19385095669316|31279469137639
              </p>
          </body>
          </html>

          and so on

          Can you see the data coming from the data.php script is? it'll be in another tab near console.

          I have no idea what that is either, but it seems like the realtime JS doesn't work on your system.

          Thank you. In the console, we can see :

          The real-time graphing doesn't use the RRDs. It relies on the browser requesting the Observium server poll the device every few seconds to fetch the device counters.

          You may find some errors in the javascript console (right click the page, go to "Inspect Page", then find the console)
