    Description

Hello. I have a problem with the real-time graph for all the equipment. Nothing is displayed. All the other graphs are working. How can I fix that?

I verified the rights on directories. I saw nothing wrong.

      Thank you in advance

          [OBS-4870] Real-time Graph doesn't work ...

Yah, in many cases this is firewall...

Good news! I found the issue. Observium was behind a firewall that acts as a reverse proxy, and a setting for rewriting HTML was enabled. Once I unchecked that setting, the real-time graphs started working again. Thank you for your help, and have a great day.

I understand. I saw this feature working during my first installation of Observium Community Edition. Unfortunately, I don’t remember if it stopped working when I upgraded to the Enterprise version or after an update via SVN. Is the problem on the client side, or could it be on the server side?

I'm not really sure. It's working fine for me, and we've not had any other reports of it not working. It's some 15 year old javascript we borrowed from m0n0wall, it's barely been touched since.

Alright, Adam. Do you have any suggestions for a direction I could explore? I’m out of ideas and would really like to use this feature. Thank you in advance.

ignore them. they're just part of the debugging console.

Are the missing files with the .map extension created dynamically or do they exist upon the installation of Observium?

This is probably some odd local issue. The realtime stuff works as far as I can see.

          What browser is this?
