RADIUS support in PHP8.1 missing

I am trying to get PHP8.1 working with Observium under Ubuntu 22.04. However, it appears the php-radius package no longer exists. There is a new php-dapphp-radius package, but the API for this looks radically different than the original php-radius. So if this is the way forwards, this will require a new version of the radius module in Observium for PHP8.1
