Device Group rebuild button missing.

      Just updated and noticed that the rebuild button for device groups is now missing.

          Rebuild Groups and Alert Checkers occurs automatically when saving, and also by cron when all devices rediscovered.

          No need rebuild by buttons, this buttons don't do anything now.

          I found a code change r13391 stating that it was removed but no notes as to why or what the alternate method for rebuilds are.

          • If you have problems with discovery or poller processes, please do and attach these debugs: 

            ./discovery.php -d -h <device>
            		 
            ./poller.php -d -h <device>

          • additionally attach device and/or vendor specific MIB files
