          OK FIXED it...  "umask" was changed to 0027 by our secure configuration ansible script/sync. CHANGED back to 0022.

          RESTORE "/opt/observium" (except/exclude /opt/observium/rrd folder) from backup.  RE-RAN svn update, working properly now.

          I can't reproduce this with same browser versions. Which OS/version?

          Also show svn status of observium:

          probably need clear browser cache.

          Added capture for browsers.  Also tried from other system(s) browsers with same result.  They all have the latest version of Edge, chrome & Firefox.
