Problem with API / Multiport Graph

Dear Sir or Madame,

i try to create a multiport Graph like explained on your site.
But with

/graph.php?type=multiport_bits&id=866,868&from=-1d&to=now&height=300&width=800

i got a Graph with the Text "No multiport_bis".

What mistake i made?
