View Traffic Accoutning/Bill Logs

Is there anywhere that we can see when a traffic accounting bill is created or an existing modified?

I have looked in the CLI but have found nothing of use. I also find it odd that this does not appear to be something that can be searched in the WebGUI Eventlog.
