    Description

      Hi,

We have issue with 2 devices so far out of over 400 devices. These devices are being polled succesfully. If we use search or browse through devices and select the devices web page just sits trying to update but doing nothing. It never times out or produces any error.   We have one fortigate firewall and one Ribbon SBC experiencing the issue but other devices of same all kind working fine.

Have rebooted server, upgraded observium to latest release 24.1.13242 (stable) but still seeing the issue.

Any ideas?  Dont really want to delete and re-add but this was our next thing to try as last resort.

Issue caused by slow queries due to extremely large syslog table.

          Hi,

Yeah I can give you an IP. I don't have time to do anything now though, so it'll have to be tomorrow.

You can email information to adama@observium.com

          Thanks,

          adam.

          Hi Adam

Have you got fixed IP we can setup access list for. How would you suggest we share credentials to you.

          Thanks

Life is far too short to spend it trying to use ssh via screen sharing.

Can send you teams invite and do a screen share and control if that works for you

Very odd. Can you provide SSH & HTTP access to this?

          Hi Adam,

No errors in the apache error log. Had already checked that.

Devices were previously working. We only noticed this last week for the single fortigate then another user reported issue with this SBC today.

I have uploaded the snmpwalks for the ribbon SBC affected.

Are you sure there are no errors? Have you checked the apache error_log?
