Add New OS Quanta

Yah, this is still unrelated with dump.

We already have this MIB with main Oid .1.3.6.1.4.1.7244.2,
but in snmpdump main Oid is .1.3.6.1.4.1.7244.100.

Quanta MIB reupload done

Attached MIB files complete unrelated with snmpdump.
MIBs in attach for Netgear switches.

A can add os/switch detect, but without any additional information (like DDM sensors).

  If device not support SNMP version 2c, replace -v2c with -v1.

• If you have problems with discovery or poller processes, please do and attach these debugs:

  ./discovery.php -d -h <device>

  ./poller.php -d -h <device>

• additionally attach device and/or vendor specific MIB files
