[NFR] Add Filtering Options to /psuedowires/

Hello, I'm looking to get similar filtering options to /psuedowires/ that we also have for /ports/.

Just looking for a small quality of life update to allow filtering the psuedowire view down based on a few fields that doesn't require a 'Group' to be created each time.

I think at a minimum, filtering the view based on pwID or Device under this view would be very useful.
