    Description

       I added a OLT device and Observium discovered ports, but I would need it to show us Optical parameter variations (temp, rx power, tx power, bias, volts, MAC, IP's) at PONs and Clients side. It is possible?.

      I 'm attaching VSol MIB (but there are much others) and SNMP dump.

      GE ports are used for connection to core and PON's (8 or 16) are used to get clients by fiber.

      Those PONs signal are splitted optically up to 128 clients and client side optical data is also saved on snmp variables (ONU's devices).

      1- OLT => device

      2- PON => optical port on OLT

      3- ONU => optical device on client (it has 1 optical port and 1 electrical port)

            [OBS-4553] Add MIB for OLT devices

            Good morning community,

            I was trying to monitor the VSOL V1600G1-B (so a different version, but I believe it uses the same language), and indeed, it fails to poll all the information, performing only a partial discovery of the interfaces and stopping there. I see from this link that nothing has been populated on the MIB side yet, is that possible? https://mibs.observium.org/mib/V1600G/

            I also imagine that the current version 24.3.13371 (stable) needs to be updated to the latest version.

            Thank you for your valuable support! M.

            • full snmp dump from device:

              snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> -t 3 -Cc --hexOutputLength=0 -Ih -ObentxU <hostname> .1 > myagent.snmpwalk
              snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> -t 3 -Cc --hexOutputLength=0 -Ih -ObentxU <hostname> .1.3.6.1.4.1 >> myagent.snmpwalk

              If device not support SNMP version 2c, replace -v2c with -v1.

            • If you have problems with discovery or poller processes, please do and attach these debugs:

              ./discovery.php -d -h <device>
              ./poller.php -d -h <device>
