Location Menu broken since update

[TRIVIAL] Fixed VM info sql. Improved geo location menu.

Our location menu is broken, many entries are duplicated but if you click on them, they are empty even though they show a number of entries. Some seem to be separated by district, which is new, some are completely unknown. Seemingly a lot of the numbers are wrong. Cities that are now clickable by district are still listed in the menu above and so on...

Any idea what could cause this?

All our geolocations look like this:

Wendenstraße 251, 20537 Hamburg, Germany [53.550998, 10.038250]
Laerchenstrasse 110, 65933 Frankfurt am Main, Germany [50.097850, 8.587548]

...and we are using the Openstreetmap API
