    Description

We have added Palo Alto Devices in Observium and these are being backed up by Rancid on daily basis.

The command it uses for backing up configuration is show configuration running which has limited ability in palo alto for configuration. Instead we need to use show config effective-running command, which will have full configuration.

If you have Enterprise subscription for quicker answers, please ask questions to mail support@observium.org and in Observium Discord channel: https://discord.gg/GjpNXKWm8W.

But anyway if your question related with rancid save configuration - we can't help with this.
Probably you need install an latest rancid version, (not sure) here can be improved commands for backup.
