    Description

I keep getting this error message when for example i try to updated the contact for some alert. While it actually adds it and it working, the contact the i add start getting alerts.
I tried to run test_db.php but i dont get any output.
If it wasnt able to connect to db then i wouldnt get any devices or alerts on the UI, it would show empty data.

I can't reproduce any troubles with contact(s) association.
Also as I not see this trouble on your screenshot.

Probably there was db connection error, this is why accidentally created duplicate entry.
          Just remove duplicate entry..

I added the contact "Tarek" and got the error when trying to save changes, if i refresh the page it still there and the contact is working and getting alerts.
Not sure why keep getting this db error
