    Description

      Hello support,

       

      I open this ticket for the following problem : 

      I have just created a new instance of Observium. We are using the Professional Edition.

       

      I tried to add a new group following this steps :

       

       

      I added a filter who needs to match "situaction" sysname of devices :

       

       

      And it shows me "An error has occured".

       

      It should match those devices :

       

       

      Could you please advise?

          As discussed in IRC, trouble not confirmed in my dev Windows 11 + Chrome and Mac + Chrome/Firefox..

          Need check with latest rolling updates and show svn status from observium dir in cli.

          • full snmp dump from device:

            snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> -t 3 -Cc --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1 > myagent.snmpwalk
            snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> -t 3 -Cc --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1.3.6.1.4.1 >> myagent.snmpwalk

            If device not support SNMP version 2c, replace -v2c with -v1.

          • If you have problems with discovery or poller processes, please do and attach these debugs:

            ./discovery.php -d -h <device>
            ./poller.php -d -h <device>

          • additionally attach device and/or vendor specific MIB files
