Do I need to go through the rrd tarring when migrating to a new server?

      Hi, 

      I am looking into migrating our old observium to a new one. Already created new server, had observium installed and working. Now in the process of migrating the data. Looking into this documentation https://docs.observium.org/server-migration/ may I ask if the steps below are required or I can just skip and use the .sql file?
