Subscription Management Log-In - Email Address Modification

    Description

      Can you please advise if there is a way to modify the email address that is utilized when we log into the Subscription Management Portal?

      Our original support purchase was initiated with an individual engineer's corporate account - we would like to modify it to our procurement group.

          Hi,

          The email used for ordering is stored by the third party payment processor, so it's not possible for us to change (you can coordinate with them to get it changed, but it's quite a bit of hassle).

          I'd recommend just creating a new account with the address you want, and re-subscribing with that account when the existing one expires. Make sure you've cancelled renewal on the existing one!
