Add ack/comment to alerts

Hello,

I would be glad if there would be a means to track the confirmation of the trigger being taken to work (ack – add comment or "igrone until" will be change by username ), for example, the trigger notifies in telegrams and notifies about being taken to work, it was also notified in telegrams (ack/ignore until ok/add comment(is this possibly) by some username? 

or

add in trigger (alert) info from notes in alert contact: email/telegram/etc:
