All charts are empty

Your installation is broken in an an odd way. The poller isn't working, and you have the wrong colour legends on graphs. I'm not sure what would cause this, and it's not at all worth trying to work out why, just reinstall it.

Legends on darkmode graphs should be white.

Poller not running is usually down to broken/missing cron jobs or broken python.

I care about repair - and that's why I'm looking for help

If the installation has never worked, what's worth rescuing?

Just reinstall and it'll be working in half an hour

If this installation has never worked, just delete it and reinstall it properly. It's not worth anyone's time trying to diagnose why a misinstalled installation never worked.

The installation is old. The charts never worked

Hi, maybe we have same issues. If I don't run command poller.php or discovery.php, the devices can no automatically discovered. But if even when I ran the commands, the devices can be seen, but no chart at all. Did you reinstall your observium? Or maybe set a static ip address?

I used this comend "./poller.php -h all" - thats all

Your poller hasn't run since the 22nd of April. What did you change on the 22nd?
