Description
Doing a fresh observium install on new Debian 11 vm errors out with:
a2dismod: command not found
This is simply due to /usr/sbin not being in the $PATH by default. The script either needs to update the PATH variable first or call these binaries by their full path.
The install completed successfully after updating my path variable.
