Telegram Alert

Hi Guys, 

I'm current trying to setup my observium in company behind a proxy 

I could setup proxy in most of the cases to have things working for operational system

But my Telegram bot does not work.

i got some errors with the test_alert.php - but the same parameters it works from command line 

from command line my curl only works properly since i'm behind proxy with 

curl --cacert /home/username/ca_root/mycert-Root-v4.crt  ( then all -x proxy settings with username and password and etc ) if i run like this on command line it does send telegram tests but not from page neither cli ( how can i fix this ) ??
