AKCP sensors are not discovered if when status is "warning"

If a AKCP sensor has the status warning, the discovery process skips this senors.

The device uses the same value to report the connectivity of a senor and the current sensor state. The following states are handled by observium:
0 == not connected
2 == connected

AFAIK there is at least on other state:
3 = Low Warning

I assume that there are other possible states.

The attached patches ignore changes the discovery of temperature and humidity sensors tho detect the sensors ignoring the state of the sensor if it's connected.
