    Description

Until now I have not managed to set up any external alerting from Observium and I am looking at the available transports available. I don't like to mention competitive products but we did have notifications via MS Teams integration when using the "other fork". This worked well but when going for a paid version I preferred to reward you guys. MS Teams is fast becoming the primary messaging platform in our business so it would be helpful if Observium could also output to this. Is this on the road-map at all ?

          [OBS-3845] Alerting via MS Teams.

          Mike,

Yes - Thanks. I believe I am using the correct bits. The documentation does not seem to reference MSTeams specifically but the software does.

Here is a working notification received in Teams (I even gave it the Observium logo).....

And here is how it is listed under contacts :-

All seems to be working well

          Thanks

Webhook is common transport for any webhook supported APIs.
But I showed you the current API for MS Team, which is present in Professional and Enterprise editions of Observium (not exist for Community Edition).

There is example of test Notification for MS Team:

          Sorry !

Rather that poke my away around the software as I normally would I actually tried to RTFM for once.

I came across this list and saw no mention of MS Teams by name....

Now of course I realize that it is the "Web Hook" I should have been looking at and 2 minutes later :-

I will try to read and dig a bit more before making any more requests !!

          Thanks,

          Andy
