    Description

      Hi Team,

      We're faicing problem toward alert checker message/email notification. I cant figure it out if its after latest update or in general. Haven't changed alert checker for about 6 months and everything was running smoothly and good. Few weeks ago i have received first empty email, it looks like this:

      I thought it maybe be some generic glitch for one device, but no, now all printer toner alerts are comming empty.

      Hope for some recommendations.

          Thanks, its working as expected after update!

           

          I got another question, how its possible to change email links? I tried to change server name in observium GUI, tried to change hostnamectl , still links are the same.

          I should create another ticket?

          Now its not possible to deploy update, but when it will be done, I'll inform this topic!

          This issue was already fixed some time ago.

          This issue isn't releated to SNMP or discovery.

          But, if walk still is necessary please let me know.

          Please make and attach additional information about the device:

          • full snmp dump from device:

            snmpwalk -v2c -c <community>  --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1 > myagent.snmpwalk
            snmpwalk -v2c -c <community>  --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1.3.6.1.4.1 >> myagent.snmpwalk

            If device not support SNMP version 2c, replace -v2c with -v1.

          • If you have problems with discovery or poller processes, please do and attach these debugs:

            ./discovery.php -d -h <device>
            ./poller.php -d -h <device>

          • additionally attach device and/or vendor specific MIB files
