[OBS-3830] BGP prefix threshold alerts no longer seem to be working - Observium

Description

We've noticed from testing on version 21.6.11442 that our alerts for BGP prefix thresholds are no longer being generated. We can lower the threshold or increase it to purposely exceed or be below the values from our routers and the alerts never trigger.

Our alerts however for BGP sessions not being established continue to work.
