    Description

I have 4 servers Observium CE Last Version!

1st server is only Internal use for my offices network and we have an Internal Mail Services. E-mail notification works very well. Server has private IP and does not use NAT to reach Mail Server.

2nd sever monitor some routers. Server has Public IP and E-mail alert work very well to any public address like gmail or hotmail and all!

Other 2 servers are configured with Private IP, but when I want to send e-mail notification to address hosted on CPannel or G-Suite, does not work!

Is there any way to make this working.

      Thanks

[OBS-3826] E-mail alert not send over NAT

This is not what Jira is for. This belongs on the mailing list. Jira is for bugs.

Observium doesn't care if your system is behind NAT or not, you just need a working mail delivery system on your server. Observium relies on the local mail delivery system on the server, so you probably need to install and correctly configure an MTA (like Postfix) for your environment.
