Receives alot of alerts

Hi

 i am receiving alot of alerts to my email configured in observium.

Alerts and Alert Reminder

how can i limit this .

i am receiving tons of alerts.

< config.php >

$config['poller-wrapper']['alerter'] = TRUE;

$config['email'['enable'] = TRUE;

$config['alerts']['interval']= 86400;

Please help
