    Description

Currently have an Embedded Data Systems OW-SERVER-ENET-2, paired with a Maxim DS18B20 based 1-wire temperature sensor (vendor part number OW-ENV-T). Observium discovers and polls the interface fine, but does not find or poll the temperature sensor connected to it.

Mike - Give a shout about the best way to approach an oddity I have become aware of. The files above are for a unit from a company called Proges Plus, which repackages Embedded Data Systems boards with some customized firmware (mainly changing the logos / graphics), but doesn't change the org OID. It presents 31440.

31440 is the org OID assigned to Embedded Data Systems, but it is also being reported by Proges Plus boxes. I have just obtained a unit from EDS. If you would find it helpful to see the same list of files attached above from that box, let me know.

              snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1.3.6.1.4.1 >> myagent.snmpwalk

If device not support SNMP version 2c, replace -v2c with -v1.

            • If you have problems with discovery or poller processes, please do and attach these debugs:

              ./discovery.php -d -h <device>
              ./poller.php -d -h <device>
