Interface description for Fortinet switches missing

    Description

      The GUI doesn't list the IfDescr of FortiSwitch ports - they are fetsched but just not correctly displayed. (rev.11224)

      Added screenshots from poller and GUI.

          This is similar to how extreme handle interface names, i think. at one point a few vendors allowed you to customise ifDescr, not realising this is what ifAlias was for.

          ifDescr not correct oid for interface description.
          ifAlias should be used instead. Tell this to vendor
