changes:
- includes/definitions/mibs/d-link.inc.php
- add DLINK-L2MGMT-MIB definition
- add AUTH-MIB definition
- add LAG-MIB definition
- add AAC-MIB definition
- add SSH-MIB definition
- add SSL-MIB definition
- add SINGLE-IP-MIB definition
- add ACLMGMT-MIB definition , state and graphs (but discovery commented because problems on some switches, you khow ... D-Link...)
- add PoE-MIB definition
- add DES3018-L2MGMT-MIB definition and processor
- move statuses of slots to inventory (see below)
- add DES-1210-28ME_B2 definition, processor, mempool, ddm sensors
- includes/definitions/os/d-link.inc.php
- add DES3018-L2MGMT-MIB to DES-3018 via models
- includes/discovery/inventory/entity-mib.inc.php (I am really sorry for using that file, but when I try ise separate file it doesn't work, NEED help)
- add inventory for DES-3018/DES-3026 (some static plus discovery for slots - moved from statuses)
- mibs/d-link/DES-1210-28ME_B2
- update MIB from dlink.ru

for what? I'm not see any functional use of this MIBs.
Just adding mib definition without using it, it makes no sense for us.
We not store MIB database in definitions, but we store mib in definitions supported by observium.
Committed in r11291 with some changes (changed _B2 to -B2 to match vendor current MIB naming) Also added -B3 mib, but without any support.
