I can't add devices

Hi,

I'm trying to add a new device to my Observium plataform. I already add one device succesfuly, but the rest of them show the next error:

No reply on given community *** using v1.

Could not reach xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx with given SNMP parameters using v1.

All the devices are in the same network
