[OBS-3660] Memory reporting from CentOS / OnApp hosts is broken in r11041 - Observium

Description

Memory reporting shows spurious numbers for CentOS hosts to various degrees of wrong-ness, with broken maths and impossible 'Total' and 'Used' levels.

Moving back to r11040 and rediscovering fixes this. Comparison of mempools output attached.

Only diff seems to be within: includes/functions.inc.php
