D-Link: MIB for DMC lost

    Description

      I'm already add some discovery for dlink DMC (Media Converter Chassis) in OBS-3256 , that was added in r10333.

      But in version 11030 I found that connection between d-link model and MIB was last.

      So, please fix it.

      I also change description "style" for grouping statuses in device overview page.

            Sorry, I forgot comment (title) for this model definition.
            Without comment it look like part of "D-Link Storage" group.

            What you mean as lost connections?

            Nothing changed for this OSes, only moved model definitions to d-link.inc.php os file (in r10655).
