Discussion: Device status goes up and down (ping check) without having actual problems

Many of my devices goes Down/Up in Observium, while not having any actual problems. I monitor same devices with Icinga and all good. 

I tried to increase ping retries and timeout to 6 and 1000 but still the issue exist. 

Devices: Juniper, Cisco and F5

Anyone has these issues ? Anyone can help ?
