Create filter to ignore certain changes in eventlog

Hi. 

Just implemented a lot of radio-gear in Observium, but they are acting strange.. ifAlias keeps changing every poll, and this is hammering down the eventlog.

Could it be possible to implement some kind of filter or wildcard/regex to exclude some interface changes? I dont suspect this will be fixed by vendor any time soon...

As you can see from the screenshots, the alias changes are meaningless, random, and just bloating the eventlog summary on dashboard.
