Description
My Huawei UPS2000-G-3KRTS returns impossible values:
UPS-MIB::upsBatteryCurrent.0 = INTEGER: 2147483647 0.1 Amp DC
|
UPS-MIB::upsBatteryTemperature.0 = INTEGER: 2147483647 degrees Centigrade
|
Huawei says this is normal:
The reason why you have incorrect values for the UPS Battery Current and UPS Battery temperature is the following :
1. The battery current is available only during discharging.
2.Battery temperature. An optional component is required, such as temperature sensor installed in the SNMP Card T/H slot.
Please implement a workaround to hide those impossible values and if there is an RFC that renders this SNMP behaviour invalid, please let me know what I can throw at Huawei so they can fix it.
