API - Endpoints to fetch Memory CPU Information

Hi,

We were trying to fetch some device details from Observium via API. We were able to find an endpoint api/v0/storage?device_id=xxx which returns storage related information about a particular device.(Even though this endpoint is not mentioned in the API documentation(`https://docs.observium.org/api/`) )

We would like to know if there are any similar endpoints to fetch Memory, and CPU information for a particular device. If it already exists please share us an updated API documentation. I tried with api/v0/memory?device_id=xxx, api/v0/ram?device_id=xxx etc..(but no luck) If it is not available please let us know if you can integrate these endpoints, which will be really helpful.
