      Hello,

      I have an issue with my syslog web page, it hasn't worked since my upgrade from community to Professional version.

      Here on copie the screenshot of what I have.

      I trayed Mysql restart, rsyslog restart without success.

      Please help

          This "error" is coming from your proxy. It's deciding the page isn't responding. Change the proxy's timeout value. It's the problem.

          yes we use a proxy to go out to Internet but not between our equipments, the syslog worked fine before upgading to pro version

          I forget to change the case type to "BUG" instead of "Add New Device / OS" could you change it please
