Observium Kannel SMSbox send Empty Messages

    Description

      After upgrading Observium to the revision r10731 (Stable), we have problem with Kannel SMSBox, Observium transmitted to the Kannel empty messages. Rollback to the  revision r10646 back, solved the problem. Will this kind of problem be resolved in the new revision?
