Paiement of our subscription

It seems that we are not receiving the renew of our contract, but it seems that our subscription is still activated ? (see enclosure)

Is it the case ? How can I see the actual paiment method ?

Whatever, we'd like to keep our licence, can you confirm me we have paid or tell us how to do it and receive the bill.
