Alerts for disabled devices

If a device is disabled, and, before it was disabled raised up an alert, the alert itself will be always displayed even if the device has been disabled.

For example, if an UPS raise up an alert for missing input power and then it will "die", if I disable it (while waiting for the power to be restored), I always see it in the alerts list.
