    Description

      Hi there,

We recently updated our Observium server to 20.7.10549 from 20.4.10371. The update went through as it normally does, however when scratching around in the new interface we noticed that the SLA's portion under our Cisco Routers is now missing. I've done manual polls and discovery's and even tried a rebuild but the SLA's still doesn't show up.

      Can anyone assist?

Please find attached log of the discovery and poller processes as requested. Unfortunately unable to run the snmpwalk as the device is attached with snmpv3.

          • full snmp dump from device:

            snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> --hexOutputLength=0 -ObentxU <hostname> .1.3.6.1.4.1 >> myagent.snmpwalk

          • If you have problems with discovery or poller processes, please do and attach these debugs:

            ./discovery.php -d -h <device>
            ./poller.php -d -h <device>

          • additionally attach device and/or vendor specific MIB files
