Netstats IP Fragmentation Statistics

We have 14 Dell Chassis m1000e with two Dell Force10 switches installed in a stack configuration. The Dell Force10 switches are connected to Cisco Nexus 5k. We are using Jumbo Frames MTU 9216. On my Dell Force10 switch we have also enabled MTU 9216.

However, in observium when i go to view my Dell Force10 switch > Graphs > Netstats > IP Fragmentation Statistics. It constantly shows that there are IP Fragmentation going on. This is happening across all my chassis.

I jumped on a call with Dell support and they confirmed that none of the ports connected to the Cisco Nexus 5k generate any IP Fragmentation. I think that this is a bug in Observium, can this be investigated?
