[MINOR] Added ability for linkify ports in syslog messages

Can you make this also work Syslog messages generated from Extreme devices?

      Example Logfiles are attached.

          Done in r10377.

Works so far, but wording "Port" is missing before Port-Number.

          Example: 2020-04-16 12:59:09 Notification (5) VLAN.MSGS 1:65 link UP at speed 100 Gbps and full-duplex

          Should be: 2020-04-16 12:59:09 Notification (5) VLAN.MSGS Port 1:65 link UP at speed 100 Gbps and full-duplex

          Try with r10376.

Done, Problem is caused as you already thought by different port namings... in SNMP they are using Stacknumber:Portnumber (even if there is no stack configured) and in Syslog on "Portnumber" :-/

Hrm, in mostly cases already should work..

Please attach ports discovery from this device, same as in attached syslog (seems as trouble in port name differences):

          ./discovery.php -d -m os,ports -h <device>
