    Description

I've got told by Cisco TAC regarding thresholds for some devices (i.e. NCS 540 series) that they can change time by time due the fact that those are controlled by PWM modules. I think that those threshold should now be fetched during the normal polling cycle and not only in discovery process.

Examples provided: All three files are generated during discovery process for the fan sensors at time 13:53, 13:54 and 14:02. You can see that thresholds at OID entSensorThresholdValue.XXXX.1 = 1940 and entSensorThresholdValue.XXXXX.2 = 19400 are changing. The threshold values for 3, 4, 5 and 6 can be totally ignored said Cisco.
