Possibility to set custom alerts/ignore for 'Status-Entities'

impi not use this config options.. but also ipmi not should discover statuses :/

I've found the reason... those entities are coming from the IPMI modul which is built in the server. I configured the IPMI-IP and a valid user to fetch some data from there too.

Mhh I've set some ignore strings i.e. for battery, voltage and other unwanted status entities but they still appear in status of device

this is common options for all sensors, statuses and counters.

as I remember statuses and counters already use same config options (by description):

$config['ignore_sensor']

$config['ignore_sensor_string']

$config['ignore_sensor_regexp']

+ Ignore in discovery module with regex,strict name and string

I would also appreciate that!
