External program fail to use

Hi,

I want to use "external program" feature:

1)when I execute my script with "php myscript.php" everything work correctly

2) I create a contact, select "external program" and give path: "/opt/observium/myfolderscript/myscript.php"

3) my alert is trigger but nothing happen
