Description
Hi, I have problems with two users who log in and the session closes quickly. Sometimes every 30 minutes, sometimes every 40 minutes and also every hour the user is droped out from the session. According to the records in the web interface, you can see how they log in (with cookies) and without them . If we delete all cookies, the session takes a little longer, but will soon be closed again. I need the session to be permanently open on these PCs. It was tested with Chrome and Firefox and the same thing happens. When I block cookies in the browser, observium does not allow me to log in

I just upgraded to 19.10.10082 (from 10064), will keep you posted on the process.

Additionally, if latest revision (note this is should be rolling, not stable) not fixed issue, please someone provide access to Web UI for me (from IP 185.108.211.203).

We are having the same issue, random logouts after a short period of time.
If this not fixed your problem, can you provide access to your system and web interface?
(Write answer personally by mail mike@observium.org).
Can you test again with latest revision?
I already fixed small issue with cookie auth, maybe this will fix your problem too.
(But need re-login in web interface)

The problem still persists with safe mode in both browsers. I attached 2 pictures about the session´s logs. You can see that the session didnt log off and every 30 minutes aprox the sessions eject the user from web interface. Whats is the .ini file that I have to check the timeout sessions?
Cookies required for correctly work with Observium Web Interface.
If you turn off cookies, you cannot enter the interface.
And you probably set very tight limits for cookies.
Can you run any browser in safe mode and check that session is still closes?
