Documentation error: mibs in snmp.conf

The documentation page https://docs.observium.org/install_debian/ refers to changing "mibs" to a set of directories. However "mibs" loads modules, what is needed is "mibdirs". Also the colon absolutely needs to be removed otherwise the mibdirs remains empty.

It should read:

Remove this line in /etc/snmp/snmp.conf:

mibs :

Replace it with this:

mibdirs /opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp
