The problem was that I had other changes in the diff. Now I have removed the fines, svn up, made changes and then a new svn diff.

About the mibs, they are already in the tree:

svn info mibs/nti/ENVIROMUX16D

You need to generate diffs with "svn diff", the file attached doesn't apply correctly.

You also need to include any MIBs you've used, nothing will work without them.
